What's brought you here?
If you're worried that therapy might be awkward and unhelpful, allow me to say, it doesn't have to be that way! I’m down to earth, approachable, and have years of experience working with clients facing many types of issue, including stress, anxiety, depression, trauma and low self-esteem.
Everyone is welcome here, but it might be worth mentioning that if you happen to be neurodivergent or think you might be, the fact I'm neurodivergent myself adds a layer of lived experience understanding - you won't have to over-explain yourself here, and we can concentrate on the stuff that really matters to you.
Perhaps you feel low, weighed down by life responsibilities, burnt out, or lost, making life feel lonely and tough going at times. I can help you understand how you got here, and how to find a way through it, knowing yourself - and your strengths - better.
I offer a very human space where you can begin to drop the masks, speak openly about what's going on for you, and feel genuinely understood.
